Teamwork

As a potter who only fires a few times a year in the gas kiln, which is mighty huge for part timers team work is vital.  I am lucky enough to be part of a team of three people with the motto "if it aint' fun we aint' doing it.  Now that doesn't mean we are just goofing around, but have decided to adopt a particular attitutude about the work and how we work together.  The others in the studio often comment on how our kiln loadings look like a good time, and we get good results.  I firmly believe that is why I am still at it after 25 years.  Thanks to Ted and Ray, they make what is pretty hard work , good work.
