This is what happened today when I tried to dry Death Valley clay in the bisque kiln. Rushing does not work evidently as virtually a whole box of clay, several hours of work have been blown to smitereens as you can see. In my head I hear my Mom who was almost always right saying, A job worth doing is worth doing well" Which meant, take your time, slow down. Still can't seem to integrate that fully. Maybe in the next half century.
