Well, after days of thought, I finally got down here and have started. Small beginnings, with no kiln actually booked until April 10, 2010. That seems like a long way off, but I need to start or atrophy of the throwing muscles will likely set in. As it is after a few bowls, bud vases and one jug, things are tightening up. January always does this, avoid, avoid, but I have a start, now to just keep going.
Wish list for this kiln
1. covered jars for orders
2. small highly decorated and sprigged bowls and mugs
3. altered mugs with carving
4. covered cannisters (for order)
5. tea pots, of course
6. garden oriented pots, need to think more on what that will be.
I am open to requests of course....just email them. Keep warm.
