this beautiful boy turns 7 next week. It is funny how that feels like a crossroads, not a big boy really but certainly not a toddler anymore! He still has very magical and imaginative thinking, but is also very grounded in how the world works, and lights up when he sees Mama earn a nice red 50 bill. Most days I am very proud of him, and still want to cradle him in my lap, but he can also make me feel absolutely infuriated in about one heartbeat. Cant imagine life without him. As someone once said to me, it just gets funner and funner!
